Responsibilities

• Ensure all Product loading templates are completed accurately and in accordance with company standards
• Assist in the sourcing and creation of new products within Cambodia
• Assist Manage supplier relationships both externally and internally
• Assist facilitate all MICE related enquiries
• Provide timely and accurate quotes and excellent service to our international partners
• Provide telephone, email or face-to-face assistance to Travel Indochina clients when they contact the Travel Indochina office, if requiredFacilitate value added sales on requested bookings
• Provide detailed insightful reports as required on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

Requirements

• University qualifications
• Fluency in spoken English and Khmer, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• At least three years experience working in the travel industry
• Have an understanding of MICE business and preferably some experience in this field
• A high level of customer service and a focus on providing an exceptional level of service for both internal and external clients
• A very careful and methodical approach to work
• Excellent attention to detail, and a highly organised mind
• A willingness to be flexible about work undertaken
• Competency in computers, data entry processes and web databases
