HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCE
Location: Phnom Penh
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Bank’s human resource. He/She will be responsible to implement the Bank’s HR policies and guidelines and to assist management in motivating performing staff and developing a harmonious relationship in the Bank.
Essential Requirements
- Possess a University Degree, Professional or Master's Degree in any field
- At least 5 years working experience in human resource department in a supervisory capacity
- Good understanding of various facets of human resource management and behavioral personnel techniques
- Strong command of written & verbal English
- Matured, resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate
