Wuerth (Cambodia) Ltd. is an exciting and dynamic subsidiary of the international Wuerth Group of companies. Our company sells a large range of after market assembly products to an established and expanding customer base. We are now urgently seeking suitable applicant to fill our vacant position as Customer Service/ Invoicing base in Phnom Penh.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue delivery note, invoice, and credit note
- Call customers to verify sales order
- Take charge of internal sales and customer reception
- Check all outgoing and incoming mails, letter and documents
- Take charge of “call center”
- Verify inventory movement with warehouse officers
- Prepare quotation to customer
- Prepare purchase request and purchase order
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business field or related equivalent qualification
- 2 year experience in customer service
- Good command in written and spoken in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Punctuality, loyalty, honesty, initiative, flexibility, high commitment, good inter-personal skill
- Computer literacy (Ms office, internet, email...) able to use accounting software is a plus
